How to Use…
Rose
…and take FULL advantage of it’s healing powers!
This How to Use Herb Health Session is an in-depth video class on how to safely use the powerful herb, Rose (Mei Gui Hua). There’s so much information out there! I’ve taken the best of both Eastern and Western perspectives and tell you HOW and WHY this herb works. Get recipes, gardening and essential oil tips, and more, that you can make use of immediately.

Roses are often called the King of Flowers. They are a universal symbol of love and beauty, are edible, medicinal, and nutritional.
The roots, seeds, petals, flowers, buds, and fruits (rosehips) of roses can all be used.
Roses are known for their antiseptic, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiac, and blood cleansing abilities.
