Qi is often translated as “energy flow”, “lifeforce”, “breath”, or “air.”
A rock has Qi. A bird has Qi. Colors have Qi. A plant has Qi. A city has Qi. Your life has Qi.
I love my doggies Qi.
Qi flows through you as energy, blood, and fluids.
Through dietary, lifestyle, breath, and meditation practices you can build your connection to Qi helping you to transcend physical limitations, disease, and disharmonies by reconnecting your physical body with your deeper and higher energetic fields.
Qi is not limited to physical form, it moves through and connects the physical and etheric fields. It supports True Health, integrating these two seemingly opposite fields. Yin and Yang arise in Qi. They are both energies too.
In Taoism there is no difference between matter and energy. They are simply continuums of one another.
So go take a deep breath, a walk in the woods or along a beach, or simply sit quietly for even a few minutes, each of these activities can help build Qi or improve its flow aiding your progression and experience of True Health or improved health. Do it, it will just feel good!
Send me an email and tell me, what is your favorite Qi? info@whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com
Each day in March, I am sharing an aspect of True Health that inspires me, #WRITrueHealthInspiration. Thank you for joining me on this journey!
