Thank you for sharing this chart, very helpful and detailed. How do I get to the next step, i.e. eg do you apply to the skin area or do you take orally, and it is a oil, and just boil the herbs and drink, and how much to take or apply, how long? and etc lol

Also, there are a lot of symptoms we simply can not know if they are hot or cold. I have a problem with too much mucus in lungs, it starts building up in my lungs, suddenly, it is really in excess,it comes swarming up to my throat , and I cant do anything with it I simply swallow it, cant expel it out.And it stops as suddenly as it starts. Now things like these are really tricky because I cant tell if its cold or hot, dry or damp, or maybe a combination of those two?? Its easy for obvious… Read more »
Vera, Such wonderful questions! You are on the right track, lets see if I can offer a bit more insight…Ginger is a warm herb, it is useful for inflammation because not all inflammation is caused by heat (hence some folks suffering from joint pain prefer applying heat versus ice packs. Their conditions get worse in cold weather for example, so the warming properties of ginger are highly useful. These diagnostic differences can sometimes be quite clear and sometimes less so as some people can fluctuate between hot and cold. Per your own condition….without full details, I cannot fully answer your… Read more »
A very good and comprehensive way of introduction into the eastern herb remedy world. I just wondered about one thing . Isnt Ginger a herb that warms? How can it be useful for inflammation, if the basic postulate of inflammation is too much warm? Or I didnt get something right?

Can you let me know which herbs are good for asthma and COPD and how to use them together? I already use lavender, English and French. Are there others and what would I do with them?
Great question. To find herbs that can be used for specific conditions, visit our Herbs by Condition page, https://www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/health-conditions. We don’t currently cover COPD but have added it to the list of conditions that we will be adding. Asthma and COPD could benefit from the addition of eucaliyptis and an inhalant. For more on Eucalyptus (An Shu and An Ye), visit https://www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/herbs/eucalyptus. Also, consider joining our new program to learn more. One of our new herb courses is about Eucalyptus. Get more information about our new program here, https://www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/online-courses/be-healthy-herb-courses. Thanks so much for your comment!

My biggest problem has been miss information about the herbs and oils. I have seen essential oils without scientific names! Trust does not abound in the essential oil industry!
Very true. It’s important to know who you are buying form. Thank you for your comment.
unfortunately, here in Bali <<>>VIMEO is not available
That’s very interesting, we did not know that. We’ll do some research to see what is available in Bali. Thanks for us know!
I always worry if the soil is safe to eat from. How can you tell?
The only way to be certain is to have your soil tested. Thanks for you comment!
