In 1998, my daughter was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, a serious life-threatening genetic illness, her health and healing became my mission. Horrified by the lack of attention being paid to food and lifestyle choices and determined to find a natural cure for the disease, I explored all forms of natural and ancient healing, particularly focusing on changing her diet to cure or at least heal symptoms of her condition. I also began an intense study of genes and how we could impact genes to heal our bodies.
